TV Star Jimmy Doherty visited Flatfish to film part of his popular food series crop To Shop.

Jimmy spent most of the day filming parts of the mechanised filleting and production processes Including the Nitrogen freezing tunnel, accompanied by Steve Munnings the Flatfish Technical Manager.

Jimmy was enthusiastic and really quite surprised at the modern technology employed by Flatfish.

The program will be repeated in June 2010.
